Obsessed with the craft of baking from an early age, Lisa Madsen (Founder & MD of Honeyrose), left the green meadows of her native Denmark to train with a Parisian master patissier, then started Honeyrose Bakery in London nearly 20 years ago. Here they bake by hand in small batches using nature’s finest organic ingredients – just like her Mother taught her, and how she now teaches her own children.
