Wild Island was set up in 2011 by Nuala Grandcourt to create delicious dressings using the best ingredients available to her on the Isle of Wight.
She uses locally grown, cold pressed rapeseed oil as the base for her dressings, infused oils & marinades.
She infuses whole fruits in to their vinegars & balsamics for several weeks to create an indulgent ingredient which is great for marinading meat or fish, drizzle over salads or use simply for dipping with fresh bread and chilli oil.
