Colin Boswell and his family have been growing garlic on the Isle of Wight ever since his Granny Norah planted the first few cloves in her garden over 50 years ago. They have spent all the years since then exploring its history and origins, experimenting with the many different varieties on "the Island" and creating many garlic infused products, from chutney to beer and even ice cream!
Sweet chilli sauce with garlic and good heat. Great as a dipping sauce or as an ingredient in any tomato based dish.
